When it comes to selling your home, I highly recommend the Providence team for the following reasons: maximized marketing, and convenience of in house resources to get your home ready for the market, to repairs needed after the inspection to get you ready to close on the sale. Our home went on the market October 1, and we closed on the sale December 28. John helped us price the home to sell, consistent with the market. He stayed in touch with us. His office informed us when the home was showing. The help in getting the home ready for market – interior painting, removal of things not needed, and appliance installation and upgrades were accomplished through their in house resources. Dear Prospectus Home Seller, We chose to list our home with John Mejia and Providence Real estate after listing with a competitor for 6 months. Before John we kept lowering our price and saw no results. Once we listed with John his aggressive marketing plan resulted in an offer in 2 weeks. That wasn't the best part.
