Becky Edwards, Buyer's Specialist

Becky is a native of Ft. Pierce, Florida . She has had considerable experience in relocating since her father’s job required numerous moves throughout her childhood and teenage years. Becky is a graduate of Ashford High School where she was active in cheerleading, health education studies and Beta Club. After attending the University of Montevallo , she transferred to Auburn University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree in June 1999. While attending college, Becky was active in Phi Mu Sorority and Auburn’s Big Brother Big Sister Program. After graduation, Becky began a career in sales and now has seven years experience in the telecommunication, pharmaceutical and real estate fields. Becky is married to her best friend, Tom, and has been blessed with two beautiful, rambunctious boys. Her family is an active member of First Baptist Church of Columbiana. Becky has a passion for people and a service-oriented attitude. She uses these attributes to help those who are seeking to find the home that best fits their lifestyle and family needs. Becky believes that God has richly blessed her life and shows it in the way she conducts herself both personally and professionally.

John Murphy, Buyer's Specialist

John is a native of Birmingham who spent the first decade of his life overseas while his parents did missionary work. After moving back to Birmingham, John completed his high school education in Alabaster at Kingwood Christian. While at Kingwood, John played football, and led worship for his youth group at North Shelby Baptist church. After graduating with an advanced honors diploma at the age of 17, John went to Auburn University on partial scholarship. John received his bachelor’s degree in accounting four years later. While at Auburn University John was involved in numerous activities such as intramural football and softball as well as the distinguished Beta Alpha Psi a professional accounting club. During his senior year at Auburn University, John searched for the right job with a service based company that would allow him to help people accomplish their dreams. That search led him to join John Mejia at Providence Real Estate. John prides himself on his self motivation, and desire to see people accomplish their goals.

Holli Ciulla, Buyer's Specialist

Holli grew up in Montgomery County where she attended a small private school. After leaving home for college at UAB, she graduated and went on to work for 12 years as an allergy nurse until she quit work to be a full time mom. In January of 2003 she decided to get her real estate license which was something that she had always wanted to pursue. As a full time realtor, she hit the ground running and hasn't stopped yet. She has been married to the same wonderful man for 18 years and has been blessed with three great boys. She and her family attend Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church. In her spare time, she loves to garden and is an avid reader. Of all the things she has been blessed with, her husband, boys and career are certainly the top three.

Jonathan Cook, Buyer's Specialist

Jonathan cook I am a Birmingham native. I also have extensive experience moving and buying homes. I am happily married and a proud papa of a baby boy. I am always positive and happy to meet new faces. I attended Kingwood Christian in Birmingham from pre-school through my senior year. I also played football at Kingwood and co-captained the varsity football team my senior year.  Upon Graduating with an advanced diploma I decided to attended Jeff State and found my calling in the sales industry. I then moved to Auburn selling cars and recently returned to Birmingham to sell real estate. I am an active attendee of Hunter Street Baptist church. I love dealing with people and have a passion for service. I also have a background in restaurant service as well. I like to listen to my clients and their needs. I take pride in helping my clients in the decision making process to ensure they get the home they really want.

Kristi Cockrell, Client Coordinator

Kristi coordinates many of the leads that come into our office through our various marketing channels, including our award winning website. She makes sure each lead receives a response and then forwards the contact information to the appropriate team member to take care of promptly and efficiently. Her enthusiastic energy and organization skills are an essential asset to The Mejia Group.
